Who you'll be working with
CongreGreat is built and run by Jason Brady. Setup, imports, questions, and the occasional "can it do this?" all come to me directly — there is no support queue and no handoff to someone who has never seen your congregation's schedule.

Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
Your congregation gets 60 days of the full platform — every feature, no reduced trial version. There is no credit card to enter, so nothing can charge you when the 60 days are up. I set the congregation up personally before the clock starts, so day one is a working schedule rather than an empty account.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing happens automatically. Because no payment method was collected, the trial cannot roll into a charge. Near the end of the 60 days I email you and ask; if you want to keep going, you enter payment details then and billing starts at $70/month. If you don’t, that’s the end of it. If the price ever changes, it applies from your next billing month — never retroactively.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. I don’t prorate or refund a partial month.
How do we get started?
Send me your email address and I’ll reply within a day or two. You send whatever list you already keep — a spreadsheet, an old roster, a document — and I import your members, services, and duties for you. Your first real schedule can go out the same week.
Do our members need accounts?
No. Members receive their assignments by email or text and confirm, decline, or request a replacement from a link in that message — no password, no app. Sign-in is optional and switched on per congregation, for congregations that want members browsing the directory and their own upcoming assignments.
What about our data if we cancel?
It’s yours. Email me and I’ll send your members, services, and assignment history as spreadsheets — before you cancel or after, at no charge. You can also export any month’s schedule to Google Sheets from inside the app at any time.
How is our congregation’s information kept safe?
Traffic is encrypted in transit, the app and database are hosted in the United States, and every record is scoped to your congregation — one congregation’s administrators cannot see another’s members. Member contact details are never sold or shared with advertisers.

What the price covers
The same flat rate covers both halves of the job: planning a month of services and scheduling the volunteers who serve at them. There is no tier where the fair-rotation assignment or the text-message confirmations are held back.
